Public filings show who is about to spend money.
Indexpolis reads US public records, finds the businesses that have just filed to build, open or expand, and tells the suppliers who sell to them.

What it does
A permit, a planning notice, a facility application. Each one is public, and each one shows that a business is about to spend.
The records sit on hundreds of separate government sites in different formats. Few suppliers have time to watch them. Indexpolis does it for them and sends a short list of new projects in their sector.
How it works
- CollectIndexpolis checks official sources on a schedule and stores each new filing.
- Filter and readAI reads each filing and drops the ones that do not matter to your sector. It pulls out the applicant, the project, the place, the value and the date.
- SendSubscribers get a short weekly list of new projects that match their sector, each with a link to the original record.
Who it is for
Suppliers and service firms that sell to one type of project. Builders, equipment dealers, architects and software vendors are examples.
Indexpolis will start with one US industry and a small number of subscribers.
Status
Indexpolis is in development and has not launched. It uses public records only, and every item will link to its official source.
